Raw black stoneware vase with pleated linen shade. Wheel-thrown and decorated with a crackle glaze to produce lots of beautiful surface texture. From the Cuan Spectre range, which has been inspired by ethereal, ghostly deep sea creatures; cuan translating as ocean in Scots Gaelic.
Electrics meet the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations. Lamp holders are earthed and the cable has been restrained.
